One Year On…. Still Going Strong

Here at TMIC we are encouraged to keep our bodies and minds fit. For over a year now we have been training on a Tuesday afternoon and there are still about 8-10 of us who regularly attend the weekly work out. We have acquired a good range of equipment to keep us moving and our new trainer, Lauren keeps us on our toes. Running, boxing, squats, lunges, resistance work and a few laughs here and there helps us to keep fit and we are most grateful to Angela for continuing this part of the L.O.V.E. TMIC program.
