History was made in August when the Market Research Society held its first Annual Virtual Conference under the theme of Facing 2030. This was the first time the conference was conducted ‘virtually’ achieving a record attendance number.
Senior TMIC researchers were able to login and hear presentations from a mix of local and overseas speakers followed by panel discussions on factors impacting the market research industry in the future – some examples include AI and bigdata, emerging technology and the skill sets that will be required, CX reinvented, and qualitative in an online environment.
