The COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) is having an immense impact on the lives of all Australians and will continue to do so. Here at The Market Intelligence Co., we’re taking all measures possible to ensure that we can continue to deliver a high quality of service to our clients in these tough times. As we do this, we need to protect the health and wellbeing of all our clients, respondents and team members. Thus, we’ve assessed all activities that would put anyone at risk.
Here are some of the changes we’ve implemented:
- Skype or telephone meetings are being offered instead of face-to-face meetings for clients and research participants
- All employees have been provided with hand sanitiser and received instructions for practicing thorough handwashing
- To ensure continuity of our research projects, all staff, including our interviewers, are enabled to work remotely via secure systems. This means that many of our staff are now working from home, and all are able to in the event that Australia goes into full lockdown
- All employees are following government directives regarding social distancing and self-isolation.
