The TMIC team recently came together to enjoy a delicious Yum Cha meal, an exciting annual event in the TMIC calendar. As usual, the first ten minutes after the dishes came out consisted of many a silent pause, with too much food and too little time, only the sound of our munching was to be heard. With a vast array of amazing flavours and textures, the food did not disappoint. Thanks to Angela for a lovely lunch, our bellies were still full well into the late afternoon!
