In mid October Angela attended the inaugural ESOMAR B2B Research Forum in Atlanta Georgia, USA. There were some 50 delegates from 10 different countries and Angela was the only delegate attending from Australia. The conference theme was: “Leading-Edge Research for B2B Marketing Excellence”. Angela enjoyed the conference overall with some good papers presented but found overall the most benefit from being amongst like-minded professionals who understand the challenges that are unique to B2B/Industrial research.
Angela particularly enjoyed the following papers:
- Social media research and B2B audiences
- Cross cultural B2B research
- Conducting B2B research in breakthrough countries of Russia, Turkey and China.
After a long, excited wait we are pleased to announce that “It’s a Girl”! Sarah and Peter are now the very proud parents of Ceola (pronounced key-o-la) Rose, a beautiful baby girl who arrived on 22 October 2014 at 18:05 weighing in at 7lb 10oz. This was a nice extra surprise for Angela whose birthday is the same day! Sarah and Peter are smitten with their treasured baby girl and all staff are looking forward to meeting her shortly when the family come for a visit.
