As is the tradition, TMIC headed to Manhattan Bowl at Mascot to test their bowling skills and see if a year makes a difference. And what a difference it made! Terri O’Loan was our champion bowler this year with a score of 249! We are not sure who was more shocked at this incredible score but apparently a small glass of red assists with bowling angles. Despite this incredible effort, Terri’s team, the Incredibowls came second to Maria O’s team, The King Pins. The girls on the Big Blue Balls team were relieved to take third, leaving the ARMAdillos in last place and the provider of morning tea at our next progress team meeting. Special mention must be made of Maria R’s delight in breaking a long tradition of being on the losing team and the associated relief at not having to provide morning tea for the first time since the TMIC annual bowling tournament has been running. When all was said and done, it was a great afternoon of fun and friendly competition.
